How to treat nail psoriasis

Psoriasis, also known as psoriasis, is one of the more stubborn skin diseases. Nail psoriasis can be treated with topical medication, physical therapy, and intradermal injections.
1. Topical medication: hydrocortisone butyrate ointment, carbotriol, tazarotene and other medicines can be used locally to treat psoriasis of the nails, try to cut off the diseased nails, and sealing treatment can be carried out if necessary.
2. Physical therapy: in addition to local medication, it can also be combined with physical therapy such as 308nm excimer light irradiation, which usually takes more than 4 months of treatment time.
3. Intradermal injection of drugs: patients can use hormonal drugs such as tretinoin for intradermal injection of drug therapy.
Patients should avoid excessive trimming of nails, do not do nibbling nails, follow the doctor’s instructions for medication, not blindly use drugs, so as not to cause discomfort.
