Effects of Macaroons

Macaroons are a kind of dessert, which can only provide the body with carbohydrates and other nutrients, and cannot play a role in the efficacy and effectiveness of drugs. Each 100 grams of macaroons contains 493.45 calories, of which 70.42 grams of carbohydrates, 22.65 grams of fat, 2.75 grams of protein, 0.91 milligrams of calcium, 0.18 milligrams of magnesium, 0.91 milligrams of potassium. The most important nutrients of macaroons are carbohydrates and fats, which are relatively high in calories and can provide energy for the body, but they do not have the efficacy and effectiveness of drugs, and cannot treat or prevent diseases. It is especially important to note that macaroons are processed foods, which have high sugar and fat content, very little protein, vitamins and minerals, and some contain trans fatty acids. The Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents recommends a daily intake of no more than 50 grams of added sugar per person, preferably below 25 grams. A small amount of macaroons can lead to both added sugar overload, which is not good for your health. Diabetics are not recommended to consume macaroons, and infants under one year of age are not recommended to consume macaroons.
