The most common symptom of sexual dysfunction is that there is a change in libido, with some people having a particularly resistant libido and others having a very low or even no desire. There is erectile dysfunction, which means that the penis cannot get a normal erection, and even after erection the penis is not hard enough to insert the penis into the vagina. There are also ejaculation disorders, which include premature ejaculation, failure to ejaculate and retrograde ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is when ejaculation during intercourse is very short, usually less than 1 minute. Non-ejaculation is the inability to ejaculate sperm no matter how much you pump inside the vagina, without orgasm. Retrograde ejaculation, on the other hand, is mainly when there is an orgasm and ejaculation, but the ejaculate is not ejected out of the body but into the bladder. This is the main symptom of functional disorder.
