If the testicles are deformed, it is recommended to go to the hospital for further examination to clarify the possible causes: First, when acute inflammation of testicles or epididymis occurs, testicular morphology can be altered, such as the appearance of increased morphology, increased volume, or accompanied by the surface is not smooth, accompanied by obvious pain and so on. At the same time, it may be accompanied by redness of the scrotal skin or swelling of the scrotum. Further ultrasound examination of the scrotum and blood test are needed. Secondly, if there is tuberculosis of testis and epididymis, there may be changes such as hardening of testis, uneven surface, or reduction of testis size. Further tuberculosis antibody examination and scrotal ultrasound examination are needed to exclude. Thirdly, if there are testicular tumors, there may be changes in testicular morphology, irregular shape of testicle, accompanied by hardness, mild swelling and pain, and it is necessary to carry out CT examination of testicle and testicular tumor index examination to further exclude the existence of neoplastic lesions.
