Treatment of virus-induced sinusitis

Virus-induced sinusitis is mostly a complication of upper respiratory tract infections, and the treatment mainly consists of symptomatic therapy and antiviral drug therapy.
1. Symptomatic treatment: for those with nasal congestion and runny nose, decongestants such as furosemide nasal drops and budesonide nasal spray can be used; for those with cough, chlorpheniramine and dextromethorphan can be used; for those with fever, ibuprofen and acetaminophen can be used.
2. Antiviral medication: Commonly used medications include Four Seasons Antiviral, Qingkailing, Oseltamivir, Jin Yinhua Granules and so on.
If the symptoms of sinusitis appear, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time for regular treatment. All of the above medications should be used under the guidance of a doctor, avoid self-medication.
