As a high-risk service occupation, security guards have more contact with outside people every day, so the possibility of contracting the new coronavirus is somewhat greater than that of ordinary people, so it is especially important to do a good job of daily protection.
I. Protection during work
1. Check equipment before and after duty
(1) to confirm whether the mask, gloves and other disposable carry-on protective equipment is complete, after returning to the station, in the designated location to regulate the disengagement, centralized processing.
(2) Confirm that protective goggles, reflective clothing, single-police equipment has been disinfected and in good condition for use.
(3) to confirm the handover of personnel vehicles have been disinfected.
2, before and after the duty need to check the personnel
(1) to confirm that the post on duty personnel clothing is not damaged, such as damaged need to be replaced in a timely manner.
(2) to confirm that the staff on duty without fever, once the fever situation, do not deliberately conceal, should be reported in a timely manner, and take isolation treatment, if necessary, promptly seek medical attention.
3.Duty precautions
(1) arrive at the duty point, be sure to bring a professional medical mask, if the mask exists deformation, wet, dirty, should be replaced in a timely manner.
(2) Try to maintain a distance of more than 1-1.5 meters from the vehicle or the target population to prevent droplet pollution. If close contact is required, goggles should be worn.
(3) If duty requires contact with the target population with both hands, you should wear medical rubber gloves, which can ensure to a certain extent that hands are not contaminated.
Second, how to do after going home
1, due to the security industry personnel, after duty, there is a special clothing stripping resident, so before going home should be in the unit to change clothes, timely bathing, disinfection, etc., if necessary, the jacket or shoes should be disinfected with 75% alcohol spray.
2, after returning home again with hand sanitizer or soap running hands, hand washing using the seven-step hand washing technique to wash hands correctly, at least two times a day to measure body temperature, if conditions allow, dining can be separated from family members to avoid causing cross-infection.
3. Open the windows once a day, morning and evening, for about 30 minutes each time to keep the indoor air circulating directly with the outdoor air.
4.If suspicious symptoms appear, such as fever, cough, chest tightness, difficulty in breathing, weakness, nausea, vomiting, muscle aches, etc., home isolation should be taken according to the condition, and timely medical treatment should be sought if necessary.
Third, what not to do
1.Never check the vehicle and personnel in the case of incomplete protective gear.
2, do not lean over face to face with the vehicle personnel, avoid bare hand contact with the person being tested, documents and their belongings, and maintain a certain safety distance from them.
3, do not touch the bare hands after the contaminated protective gear, rubbing eyes, mouth and nose and other parts.
4, do not use, but has not been thoroughly disinfected protective supplies directly stored.
IV. What to do
1.Strictly disinfect and clean the area under its jurisdiction every day to ensure the public area ventilation health and safety.
2, daily measurement of body temperature of incoming and outgoing personnel and cleaning staff, feverish people are not allowed to enter the office premises and should be arranged for isolation or medical treatment depending on the degree of abnormal body temperature.
3.The outsiders who have no abnormal body temperature should be registered strictly, and the interviewees should be notified by telephone to meet at the gatekeeper, and the interviewees should be accompanied from entry to exit after they really need to enter, and the customers who are not wearing masks should be persuaded to wear them correctly.
4.For the entry and exit of the vehicle strictly do a good job of registration.
V. What to carry to help protect themselves
As the security guards have more contact with people in their daily work, there is a greater risk of infection, so their units should be equipped with single-use medical masks, medical surgical masks or KN95/N95 and above particulate protection masks, and hand disinfectant, disinfectant tissues, thermometers and other items.
Sixth, daily health protection
1, reasonable diet: normal diet, a light and nutritious diet, more fruits and vegetables, avoid contact with and consumption of wild animals.
2, pay attention to rest: regular work and rest, avoid staying up late to ensure the stability of the body and mind. Sleep can be improved through deep breathing, meditation, positive thinking training, etc. to reduce the anxiety level of the body and mind.
3. Psychological intervention: During an epidemic, you may often feel isolated and helpless. You can greet each other online with friends, encourage each other, communicate your feelings, strengthen mutual psychological support, and seek professional psychological help if necessary.
