What is the meaning of autologous blood therapy

Autologous blood therapy is actually a non-specific stimulation therapy in which one’s own venous blood is drawn and injected under the skin. It can produce non-specific desensitization and promote the phagocytosis of leukocytes, thus enhancing the immunity of the body. It is mostly used clinically for the treatment of vitiligo, chronic urticaria, generalized pruritus, generalized eczema and dermatitis, allergic purpura, and certain herpetic diseases, psoriasis, and acne in youth. Autologous blood therapy is only an adjunctive treatment. If it is effective, you can persist in injecting several courses of therapy to consolidate the therapy, depending on your condition. If the effect is not so good, there is no need to continue the injection therapy.
