Reasons for leakage of fluid

Leaky fluid and exudate are differentiated. Exudate is due to inflammatory infection and tissue edema exudation, while leakage is mainly caused by different pressure on both sides of the vessel wall, resulting in fluid entering from inside the vessel to the middle of the tissue fluid. It can be caused by high intravascular pressure, or it can be caused by a decrease in intravascular protein and a decrease in colloid osmotic pressure, or it can be caused by a high colloid osmotic pressure in the tissue fluid, which is generally dominated by edema, manifested in the edema of the lower extremities, manifested in the edema of the face and the whole body. It is common to have hypoproteinemia, that is, malnutrition, where the level of albumin inside the body is low, leading to the formation of edema from the inside of blood vessels to the middle of tissues, or cardiac insufficiency, such as hypertension, coronary artery disease, elevated central venous pressure, and impaired blood return, leading to increased pressure inside the capillaries of tissues, resulting in edema.
