How to read the results of basal fluid thin-layer cytology

The main clinical findings of basal fluid cytology are the following: the first one, no intraepithelial lesions are seen is normal. The second, low-grade cervical epithelial lesions, clinically indicate precancerous lesions and are recommended to be treated accordingly. Thirdly, high-grade cervical epithelial lesion, which is a high-grade precancerous lesion of the cervical epithelium, requires conical excision of the cervix in clinical practice. Fourthly, atypical squamous epithelial cells, which can be caused by IUD, cervical inflammation or cervical lesions, are recommended to be treated clinically with medical history and then reviewed to determine the treatment plan according to the results of the review. The fifth one is cervical cancer, which eventually needs to be diagnosed clinically by pathology before treatment.
