Heat panic is more common, related to the hot weather, most likely because of the hot weather, more sweating, relative blood volume deficiency, resulting in the forced excitation of the sympathetic nerves and accelerated heartbeat. Physiological panic may also be caused by other reasons, such as excitement, agitation, smoking, drinking alcohol, drinking strong tea or coffee; or in pathological states such as infection, fever, anemia, hypoxia, hyperthyroidism, heart failure; or in the case of tachycardia after the application of atropine, epinephrine, ephedrine, etc. It may be sinus tachycardia or some other rapid arrhythmias, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia , atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter. It is also possible that the symptoms are caused by a sharp rise in blood pressure, which requires timely control of blood pressure and symptomatic treatment, and the symptoms of panic can be relieved only after the original disease is treated.
