Lipoma is a common soft tissue benign tumor, which is composed of mature fat cells and can occur in any part of the body with fat, but there are also good sites, mainly in the back of the shoulder, neck, abdomen, followed by the proximal part of the limbs, such as the upper arm, thigh and buttocks, mainly under the skin called superficial lipoma. It is also seen in the deep part of the limbs and between the muscles, called deep lipoma. The patients are mostly older, mostly middle-aged people aged 40-60 years old, and children are less common. If there are more lipomas on the body, it is recommended to remove them so that they do not continue to increase in size and cause pain or change in appearance.
