Single or multiple metastases will occur in the middle and late stages of cancer, which mainly include: respiratory system, digestive system, bone metastasis, lymphatic metastasis, brain metastasis and so on. 1. Respiratory system: the tumor grows to the trachea and bronchial tubes, causing partial airway obstruction, or metastasizes to the hilar lymph nodes, resulting in the enlarged lymph nodes compressing the main bronchial tubes or rump, or metastasis causing large amount of pleural effusion, pericardial effusion, obstruction of superior vena cava, neuralgia, etc., or extensive lung invasion, which may be accompanied with symptoms of respiratory distress, shortness of breath, wheeze and so on. 2. Digestive system: it can be transferred to liver, pancreas, gastrointestinal tract, manifested as loss of appetite, pain in liver area or abdominal pain, jaundice, hepatomegaly, abdominal fluid accumulation and pancreatitis symptoms, manifested as severe abdominal pain, which can be radiated to the back. 3. Bone metastasis: manifested as localized pain and pressure pain, and pathological fracture can also occur, the common parts are ribs, vertebrae, pelvis and long bones of limbs, which are mostly osteolytic changes. 4. Lymphatic metastasis: the lymph nodes on the side of supraclavicular fossa are the most common, which can be single or multiple, fixed and hard, gradually increase in size and number, and can be fused, and some of them can be pressed with pressure and pain. 5. Brain metastasis: it can be manifested as dizziness, headache, and in severe cases, hemiplegia, inability to walk, and nausea and vomiting if the intracranial pressure increases. If the above clinical symptoms occur, the patient should go to the higher level hospital for relevant examination, make a clear diagnosis under the guidance of the clinician, formulate a treatment plan, and actively cooperate with the treatment.
