How to check for blood flow disorders?

Hemodynamic obstruction is the obstruction of the passage of intestinal contents and the absence of blood flow in the intestinal canal. It is a group of clinical syndromes due to the failure of the intestinal contents to run smoothly to the distal end for various reasons, called intestinal obstruction, and is one of the common acute abdominal conditions in surgery. It is one of the common surgical emergencies. It is often clinically classified into mechanical intestinal obstruction, dynamic intestinal obstruction and hemodynamic intestinal obstruction according to its cause. Causes: Blood flow to the intestinal wall is impaired due to mesenteric vascular embolism or thrombosis, followed by intestinal paralysis, resulting in intestinal strangulation and necrosis, resulting in the inability of the intestinal contents to function normally. Examination basis: 1, abdominal pain, paroxysmal colic; 2, vomiting, early reflex; late can be frequent vomiting, high obstruction vomiting early, low vomiting late; 3, abdominal distension, generally high is not obvious; low or paralytic significant and wide; 4, anal stop defecation exhaust, high or early obstruction can still have exhaust, with strangulation can be mucus blood stool; 5, visible intestinal pattern and peristaltic wave, intestinal sound hyperactivity with air over water sound, peritonitis, pressure pain and rebound pain are manifestations of intestinal strangulation.
