Jisheng Kidney Qi Pill is made on the basis of Jin Gui Kidney Qi Pill with the addition of two herbs, Niuhui and Psyllium, which strengthens the efficacy of diuresis compared with Jin Gui Kidney Qi Pill. It is mainly used for the treatment of oedema and dysuria caused by deficiency of Kidney-Yang, internal stagnation of water-dampness (water-dampness stagnating in the body), and dysuria (uncontrolled urination), etc. It is not recommended for pregnant women.
