What are the effects and functions of Chenpi foot soak?

Chenpi foot soak is of little clinical significance, and it is generally recommended that Chenpi be taken in tea or decoction to regulate qi and strengthen the spleen, dry dampness and resolve phlegm, and be used to treat spleen and stomach qi stagnation, cold phlegm and cough and other conditions.
The Chinese medicine Chenpi is the dried and matured fruit rind of orange and its cultivated varieties in the family of Rutaceae. It has the effects of regulating qi and strengthening the spleen, drying dampness and resolving phlegm (removing phlegm by drying dampness), and is often used in the treatment of stagnation of qi in the spleen and stomach, cold phlegm and cough, and vomiting and errrrrrrrrrr (hiccups), and other diseases.
It is important to note that Chen Pi should be used with caution in cases of Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency, and solid heat within the body. It is recommended that Chen Pi be used correctly under the guidance of a Chinese medicine practitioner and not on its own.
