Pathological examination suggests that low-grade tubular adenoma of the colon with a few glands showing high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, timely surgical resection is recommended, and regular review. Low-grade tubular adenoma of the colon belongs to a structural type of colorectal adenoma, which is a precancerous lesion with the possibility of developing into colon cancer, and the incidence of tumor increases with age. High-grade intraepithelial neoplasia is also a pathological expression of precancerous lesions, suggesting that local tissue cells have mutated. Timely intervention in precancerous lesions can prevent further deterioration. For precancerous lesions such as tubular adenomas, elective endoscopic resection is recommended, and further ultrasound endoscopy is recommended to determine whether there is deep submucosal infiltration and regional lymph node metastasis. After surgical resection, colonoscopy review is recommended at six months as well as one year. If any of the above pathologic changes occur, go to the hospital for treatment.
