What does it mean when you have antibodies to a minor triple diagnosis?

Among the five hepatitis B tests of hepatitis B virus-infected patients, hepatitis B surface antigen is positive, hepatitis B e antibody is positive and hepatitis B core antibody is positive. When these three results are positive, it is commonly known as hepatitis B minor triple positive in clinical practice. Positive Hepatitis B e antibody in Minor Triple Positive indicates that the amount of Hepatitis B virus replication in the organism is gradually decreasing or not replicating. Hepatitis B core antibody positivity in minor triple positive should be further examined for core antibody typing. If the hepatitis B core antibody of minor triple positive is IgM, it means that the hepatitis B virus in the organism is newly infected and the infection time is not more than 6 months. If the core antibody of Hepatitis B Minor Triple Positive is of IgG type, it means that the Hepatitis B virus has been infected for more than 6 months, which is also known as chronic Hepatitis B infection. However, when the virus of hepatitis B is chronically infected, there are obvious liver function abnormalities and the core antibody IgM is also present.
