Lower limb passive exercise: ① hook leg exercise: lift the patient a leg, extend the knee joint to maintain a straight position, one hand to hold the lower calf, the other hand to hold the sole of the foot in front, push forward the forefoot, the toe hooked, and then backward to make the foot surface tense. ② turning foot movement: maintain the above position, hand pushing the front of the sole of the foot, from the outside to the inside, and then from the inside to the outside to do rotational movement. ③Leg extension exercise: hold the ankle with one hand, hold the knee with the other hand to make the thigh lift; lower leg droop, press the knee with one hand, lift the leg with the other hand to straighten the leg. ④Knee movement around the knee: one hand holds the N fossa, the other hand holds the heart of the foot and moves around the knee from the outside to the inside and then from the inside to the outside. ⑤ Leg press exercise: one hand holds the knee, one hand holds the lower front of the calf, keep the bent knee and collected leg posture, press the calf to the thigh, and the thigh to the chest. ⑥Hip rotation exercise: hold the knee with two hands at the same time, do joint rotation from right to left and then from left to right, and gradually expand the range of movement according to the condition. (7) Lower limb massage: stretch the leg out flat and press the upper thigh with both hands to do tweezer massage from top to bottom.
