Seasonal asthma is not currently curable, but long-term standardized treatment can lead to good or complete clinical control in most people. Asthma is a heterogeneous disease characterized by chronic airway inflammation and airway hyperresponsiveness, mainly including airway hyperresponsiveness to irritants and variable airflow limitation, and the etiology of the disease is complex and and has a genetic predisposition, so seasonal asthma is difficult to cure, only standardized treatment and management can achieve clinical control in most patients. The goal of treatment now is long-term control of symptoms, prevention of future risks, and treatment with minimal doses of medication so that patients can live, learn, and work as normal. Patients who are diagnosed with seasonal asthma should be actively and formally treated, build up confidence in the treatment, and under the guidance of their doctors.
