Small red spots on the chest skin may be due to cherry angioma, contact dermatitis, folliculitis.
1. Cherry hemangioma: also known as senile hemangioma, is the most common hemangioma, the disease manifests itself as a deep red papule, ovoid or round, soft, higher than the skin surface, generally benign lesions.
2. Contact dermatitis: it is a skin allergic reaction caused by contact with allergic antigen or irritating substances, mainly characterized by erythema, blisters and papules at the contact site, accompanied by itching or pain.
3. Folliculitis: the initial red congested papules consistent with the mouth of the hair follicle, and later can rapidly develop into papular pustules, the middle through the hair, surrounded by redness and inflammation, followed by dry scabs, about 1 week after the scabs come off and healed, but there are recurrent episodes, years of non-healing.
