Fetal left ventricular strong spots are not mandatory for noninvasive. Fetal left ventricle strong light spot is usually caused by ventricular papillary muscle tendon cord fibrosis, most of the fetus does not have malformation problems, and there is no effect on the fetal heart function, the woman’s pregnancy age of 35 years old or less, the results of the Down’s screening for low risk, cardiac ultrasound has no structural abnormality, this kind of pregnant women can not do noninvasive DNA, but to do regular good pregnancy obstetrics, to observe the fetal left ventricle strong light spot will disappear at a later stage. The strong light spot in the left ventricle of the baby may be related to some chromosomal disorders. If the pregnancy age is over 35 years old, the Down’s syndrome test result is critical risk or high risk, and there is structural abnormality in the cardiac ultrasound, it is recommended to do non-invasive DNA test, and further amniocentesis should be done for the abnormality in non-invasive DNA. The finding of ventricular strong spots can be reviewed periodically on ultrasound, and further noninvasive DNA is recommended in case of abnormalities.
