In addition, to see whether there is urine protein, to prevent eclampsia during pregnancy. 3.Blood type (ABO and RH) To determine the blood type of pregnant women, so as to prepare for treatment in case of bleeding during pregnancy; RH-negative pregnant women can cause fetal hemolysis if they produce antibodies. 4.Liver function The liver is heavily loaded during pregnancy and is prone to acute hepatitis, so liver function needs to be checked. 5.Kidney function The kidney load is great during pregnancy, and kidney failure is likely to occur, so it is necessary to check kidney function. 6.Fasting blood sugar Gestational diabetes is likely to occur during pregnancy, so it is necessary to determine whether there is abnormal sugar metabolism before pregnancy. 7.HBsAg Hepatitis B virus may affect the liver function of pregnant women and affect the development of the fetus, and it may be vertically transmitted to the fetus. 8.Syphilis spirochetes Syphilis spirochetes can cause fetal malformation, miscarriage, stillbirth and congenital syphilis in newborns. 9.HIV screening HIV can be transmitted to the fetus vertically. 10.Cervical cytology examination Inflammatory and cancerous lesions of the cervix can affect the pregnancy and delivery process.
