Is this a pneumothorax with a cystic, non-textured, translucent image in both lungs?

The cystic, non-textured, translucent image in both lungs does not refer to pneumothorax, but to emphysema, alveoli, etc., which are caused by abnormal expiratory conditions. Pneumothorax is mainly manifested as an arc-shaped gas shadow in the chest cavity, which causes pressure on the neighboring tissues through CT examination. The present findings suggest that the cystic, non-textured, translucent shadows in both lungs are CT imaging descriptions of emphysema and pulmonary alveoli, and are not indicative of pneumothorax. The development of the corresponding lesions of the two lungs cystic without lung texture translucent shadow is mainly related to the abnormal condition of the small airways, the long-term gas retention caused by alveolar dilatation, and the corresponding changes will appear after partial fusion, which mostly occurs in patients with chronic bronchitis. Most of the patients with chronic bronchitis have the corresponding changes in clinical examination, accompanied by obvious symptoms of stridor, need to consult a doctor in time for observation, and after confirming the diagnosis of the condition, carry out standardized treatment under the guidance of the clinician.
