How to eat stuck

In life, if a patient feels something stuck when eating, first of all, you can observe for a while, because it is very likely that the patient has scratched the mucous membrane of the throat or the esophagus after eating hard food, and the patient’s foreign body sensation will feel particularly obvious, but there is actually nothing stuck. Normally, the mucous membrane of the throat recovers quickly, and if the foreign body sensation disappears and the pain disappears after observing for a while, it means that there is no big problem. However, if the patient continues to have a foreign body sensation and the pain is particularly obvious, it is best to go to the hospital for a detailed examination. If the location of the food jam is shallow, then it can be removed directly by going to the ENT department with a foreign body clamp, but if the foreign body is deeper, it usually needs to be removed by gastroscopy or esophagoscopy. Patients should develop good eating habits and pay attention to chewing and swallowing slowly when eating.
