Self-treatment is not recommended for cervical spondylosis.
It can be promoted by changing the bad posture, neck exercise and other methods of recovery, but also need to be under the guidance of the doctor into the conservative treatment, surgical treatment and so on.
1. Self-rehabilitation: First of all, we should pay attention to changing the bad posture of the neck, especially avoiding prolonged bowing of the head, bowing the head for half an hour to move the neck, usually the pillow should not be too high, and pay attention to keep the neck warm. Normally, you can strengthen the neck muscle exercise, such as doing deep neck muscle resistance training, to strengthen the stability of the neck. 2. Conservative treatment: For mild symptoms, you can choose a variety of conservative methods, such as cervical traction, acupuncture and physiotherapy. If there is neck pain, you can apply non-steroidal painkillers, such as nimesulide dispersible tablets or ibuprofen extended-release capsules. If there are numbness and other symptoms, you can take oral methylcobalamin and other nutritive drugs.
3. Surgery: For serious patients, surgery is needed, such as radiofrequency ablation, minimally invasive intervertebral foramenoscopy surgery, or traditional open surgery.
When cervical spondylosis occurs, it is recommended to go to regular hospitals in time for systematic and scientific treatment.
