How many times should I consolidate myeloid leukemia M4?

Myeloid leukemia M4, also known as acute granulocytic-monocytic leukemia, generally requires 3 to 4 courses of consolidation therapy after remission. Acute granulomonocytic leukemia is a subtype of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), an acute leukemia in which malignant proliferation of granulocytes and monocytes occurs simultaneously. The treatment of acute granulocytic-monocytic leukemia mainly includes induction of remission treatment, and treatment after remission. After remission, consolidation and intensive treatment is required, and post-remission consolidation and intensive treatment can achieve long-term complete remission status. There is no optimal post-remission treatment regimen, and regimen selection needs to be based on age, cytogenetic abnormalities, morphologic subtypes, and other factors. Generally, 3 to 4 courses of consolidation and intensification are required. Myeloid leukemia M4 should be consolidated treatment for several times depending on the specific condition and medical advice.
