If a painful bulge is found on top of the bladder, it may be a bladder diverticulum. If there is pain on pressure, it is usually due to internal infection or the formation of stones within the diverticulum, which produces pain when pressed due to irritation of the local mucosa. Patients are advised to check CT or ultrasound to clarify the presence of this disease, and surgical treatment is recommended to reverse bladder diverticula, which are often cured after surgical treatment. There are also lesions inside the bladder, such as bladder cancer, if the tumor grows infiltratively and invades the muscular layer as well as the outside of the bladder, there will be local masses and pain when pressed, CT or cystoscopy of the bladder can confirm the diagnosis, and timely bladder tumor surgery is needed to save the progress of the disease.
