What’s wrong with having frequent bowel movements?

Frequent bowel movement is a symptom of the storage phase and is usually comorbid with urinary frequency. Frequent urination refers to an increase in the number of times of urination, normal adults urinate 4-6 times a day, nocturia 0-1 times, each time the volume of urine 200-300mL. urinary frequency of more than 8 times in 24 hours, nocturia 2 times, each time the volume of urine 200mL, accompanied by the feeling of incomplete urination. There is a correlation between the increased frequency of urination in physiologic conditions and increased water intake, lower temperature, mental stress, and less sweating. Pathological urinary frequency, on the other hand, is characterized by increased frequency of urination, increased nocturia, and less volume of urine each time. Most of the pathological frequency of urination is due to the decrease in the functional capacity of the bladder, and to a lesser extent, after cystic fibrosis, the decrease in the capacity of the bladder causes frequency of urination. Lesions of the bladder itself, such as inflammation, stones, foreign bodies, etc., or peripheral lesions of the bladder, uterine fibroids, etc., can lead to a decrease in the capacity of the bladder, resulting in frequent urination and a feeling of incomplete urination. Individuals present with increased urine output with frequency, which is common in diabetes mellitus and urolithiasis.
