However, when the patient’s strenuous activities or spicy diet will lead to an acute attack of appendicitis, and metastatic lower right abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever and other symptoms. Currently, for the treatment of chronic appendicitis, we need to take amoxicillin, cefaclor and other antibiotics, and in severe cases, intravenous ceftriaxone sodium, levofloxacin and other antibiotics. It is recommended that patients with chronic appendicitis undergo elective surgery to remove the diseased appendix.
