The exact location of the ShuiQuan point

ShuiQuan point is located on the inner side of the foot, 1 inch straight down from TaiXi point, in the depression of the inner anterior edge of the heel bone nodule.
ShuiQuan point is a Qie point of the Foot Shaoyin Kidney meridian, located on the medial side of the foot, 1 inch straight down from TaiXi, in the depression of the medial anterior margin of the calcaneal tuberosity. It is 1 inch vertically down from the depression between the Achilles tendon and the tip of the inner ankle, in the depression on the inner side of the calcaneal tuberosity.
ShuiQuan point has the effect of benefiting the kidney, clearing heat, activating blood circulation and promoting menstruation. It can be used to treat amenorrhea, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, yin ting (a woman’s uterus prolapsing or even prolapsing out of the vaginal opening), dysuria (unruly urination), and dizziness of the eyes.
