Frequent diarrhea and unformed stools may be caused by intestinal diseases such as ulcerative colitis, intestinal tuberculosis, Crohn’s disease, colorectal tumors and so on. 1. Ulcerative colitis: mainly manifested as recurrent diarrhea, mucus, pus and blood stools, and abdominal pain, the number of stools and the degree of blood in the stools is related to the severity of the disease. 2. Intestinal tuberculosis: diarrhea often occurs, stools are paste-like, mostly without pus and blood, sometimes constipation and diarrhea alternately. 3. Crohn’s disease: when diarrhea, the stools are paste-like, there may be mucus blood stools and urgency (discomfort in the lower abdomen, wanting to relieve the stools, and a sense of incomplete defecation after the stools). 4. Colorectal tumor: it mostly manifests in the change of bowel habit, constipation and diarrhea, and there may be bloody stool and mucus-pus-blood stool in diarrhea.
