Removal of wisdom teeth does not necessarily require debridement, but is based on the dental radiographs or curved body laminates taken of the wisdom teeth to see where the resistance is. If the wisdom tooth is mostly erupted and only part of the soft tissue is resistant, generally a local incision with dental jaws and dental forceps can be performed to extract the wisdom tooth better and completely. If the wisdom tooth has bone ambush, the area of the wisdom tooth exposed in the intrinsic oral cavity is much smaller than the maximum circumference of the wisdom tooth, then some of the bone must be removed, there are two clinical methods of bone removal, one is the traditional bone removal method of bone chisel, and the other is the more advanced turbo drill bone removal method.
