For elderly people who have right hand tremor, if it appears at rest, most of them consider Parkinson’s disease, which is a degenerative disease of the nervous system and is more frequent in elderly people. The early manifestation of the disease is mainly resting tremor, mostly starting from one upper limb, which can appear as one finger tremor and may also appear as other four finger tremors, and the symptoms generally decrease after activity and disappear after sleep. As the disease worsens, the patient may show increased muscle tone, usually flexor tone and extensor tone at the same time, and on physical examination, the patient may show leadpipe or gear-like increased muscle tone. Patients with advanced disease may have abnormal posture and gait, which can be manifested as panic gait, walking with a very small pace forward, walking faster and faster, and easily fall down, and can be treated with symptomatic treatment with benzhexol, or oral medroxyprogesterone for transmitter replacement therapy.
