Three symptoms on the feet are not precursors of cirrhosis and have no scientific basis.
1. Early symptoms of cirrhosis include fatigue, loss of appetite, weight loss, dark complexion, abdominal distension, diarrhea, abdominal pain, vague pain in the liver area, which may be accompanied by fever, jaundice, bleeding from the gums or nasal passages, purplish spots on the skin and mucous membranes, hemorrhagic spots, or vomiting and stooling of blood, and so on.
2. Endocrine dysfunction may lead to testicular atrophy and breast development in men, and menorrhagia, amenorrhea or infertility in women. In women, menorrhagia, amenorrhea or infertility may occur. Due to excessive estrogen, the capillaries around the body may continue to dilate, resulting in liver palms and spider nevi. Liver palms refer to redness of the palms of the hands, especially at the level of the greater and lesser fishes and the muscular hypertrophied parts of the end of the fingers, which are patchy and red. Spider nevus suggests further impairment of liver function.
If the above symptoms occur, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital for timely consultation and targeted treatment under the guidance of a doctor.
