Bloated and painful stomach is commonly seen in clinical practice as intestinal obstruction, which is mainly caused by intestinal dysmotility, blood flow disorders and mechanical injuries such as surgery, bleeding and inflammation. Surgery, bleeding and inflammation cause adhesive intestinal obstruction, which mainly manifests as recurrent abdominal pain, abdominal distension, accompanied by nausea, vomiting and cessation of exhaustion, and is treated by non-surgical treatment, such as water fasting and enema, etc. If it is not effective, surgical treatment is required. Intestinal obstruction caused by intestinal dysmotility and blood flow disorders is called strangulated intestinal obstruction, which mainly manifests as severe abdominal pain, accompanied by nausea and vomiting, and also the symptoms of stopping exhaustion, and because of its rapid development, intestinal necrosis can occur rapidly, and requires immediate surgery. Intestinal obstruction can also be divided into complete intestinal obstruction and incomplete intestinal obstruction, and the symptoms of incomplete intestinal obstruction are generally mild.
