Why are your hands shaking?

Hand tremor is clinically called tremor, which is divided into physiological tremor and pathological tremor. Pathological tremor includes idiopathic tremor of unknown cause, or tremor caused by brain tissue disease or psychosomatic disease.
1. Physiological tremor: when emotional excitement or emergency events will be more nervous, then there will be physiological hand tremor, this tremor lasts for a short time and can subside on its own.
2. Pathologic tremor
(1) idiopathic tremor: this is an autosomal dominant disease, the specific cause of which is not entirely clear. It is considered to be the cerebellum, thalamus, brainstem, etc., and the specific region of the brain transmits abnormal signals to the nerves, thus causing involuntary tremor of the upper limbs, head and face.
(2) Brain tissue diseases: Some brain tissue diseases, such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, brain tumors, etc., will affect the brain nerve signal transmission and tremor.
(3) Psychiatric disorders: Anxiety disorders, depression, mania, and other psychiatric disorders can produce fearful situations, and when the spirit is stimulated, the brain transmits signals in a disturbed manner, causing tremors.
Hand tremor should be taken seriously, to rule out physiological causes, to go to the hospital as soon as possible, to identify the cause of active treatment.
