First of all, there is no such thing as skin cancer that occurs exclusively on the scalp. Clinical skin cancers that occur on the scalp are relatively common, such as squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma or melanoma. The first clinical symptom of most cancers on the scalp is an ulcer that does not heal for a long time. Some patients may have recurrent ulcers, bleeding, and even significant flaking. However, patients often find a distinctly elevated image on the surface of these non-healing ulcers, and some patients may exhibit typical cauliflower-like or papilla-like manifestations. And if these localized ulcers are carefully touched, there may also be some spreading and infiltration like around the base of it, and there are uneven heights.
