Hair loss has nothing to do with food

Many patients with hair loss have a disease, said to eat a lot of so-called dietary supplements “black beans, fungus, walnuts, dates, animal brains ….” . In fact, none of these foods have anything to do with hair loss and can be eaten or not. Some people say they ate several cans of protein powder, in fact, how many grams of protein powder is equivalent to how many grams of meat. There is a condition related to hair loss, that is, girls lose weight without eating, which can cause resting hair loss. In short, food, especially nutritional, is largely irrelevant to hair loss. Patients with alopecia areata can eat normally.
