Men with HIV infection do not always show symptoms. There are two possible scenarios for men who have high-risk behavior, no symptoms or acute phase symptoms. 1. Asymptomatic: After high-risk behavior, the male patient may enter the asymptomatic phase directly, during which there may be no symptoms or only superficial lymph node enlargement. 2. Acute phase symptoms: after the occurrence of high-risk behavior, due to HIV damage to the immune system, there may be fever, headache, nausea, vomiting, rash, diarrhea, sore throat, muscle pain, lymph node enlargement and other symptoms, these symptoms lack of specificity, usually lasts for about 1 to 2 weeks will recover on their own and enter the asymptomatic period. After men have high-risk behaviors, they can’t judge whether they are infected with AIDS by the early symptoms, and they must go to regular hospitals for relevant examinations. It is recommended that the patient consult a doctor in a timely manner, under the guidance of a professional doctor for standardized examination and treatment.
