What causes cystocele

The causes are divided into two types of mechanical and dynamic obstruction, of which the most common mechanical obstruction are mainly benign prostatic hyperplasia, prostate tumors, obstructive bladder neck lesions, such as bladder neck contracture, bladder neck tumors and congenital posterior urethral valve disease, as well as various causes of urethral stricture, urethral tumors, urethral foreign bodies, urethral stones, etc. In addition, for women, hymenal umbilicus and pressure on the bladder from a pregnant uterus can also lead to urinary retention. Power obstruction is the absence of organic obstructive lesions of the bladder outlet and urethra, and urinary retention is mainly caused by power disorders, most commonly central and peripheral system lesions.
