At present, there are three types of new crown vaccines in China, namely, inactivated vaccine, adenovirus vector vaccine and recombinant subunit vaccine. The principle is to inject the immunogenic components into the human body and stimulate the body to produce protective antibodies.
1. Inactivated vaccine: The principle is that the virus is amplified and cultured, then further inactivated, and the antigenic components are retained and injected into the body to stimulate the immune system to produce protective antibodies.
2. Adenovirus vector vaccine: The gene of the new coronavirus spiking glycoprotein is recombined into the gene of the replication-deficient human adenovirus type 5, and the recombinant adenovirus will express the immunogenic new coronavirus spiking glycoprotein in the body, which induces the human immune system to produce protective antibodies.
3. Recombinant subunit vaccine: the gene for neocoronavirus spiking glycoprotein is recombinantly inserted into the gene of hamster ovary cells, which produces a large amount of neocoronavirus spiking glycoprotein in vitro, and then stimulates the immune system to produce protective antibodies after inoculation into the human body.
