Tranquilizing the Spirit and Fixing the Will Pill is a traditional Chinese medicine formula from “Medical Heart Understanding”, which is composed of Poria, Poria, Calamus, Polygala, Longzhi, Longtooth, and Ginseng, and has the effects of tranquilizing the spirit and fixing the will, benefiting the qi and suppressing fright. It can be used for the treatment of timidity, mental confusion, dizziness, forgetfulness, palpitation (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic) and insomnia caused by deficiency of heart and gallbladder qi, with pale tongue and weak pulse.
