Nosebleed that can’t stop bleeding may be caused by trauma, nasopharyngeal fibroangioma, malignant tumor of nasal cavity, blood diseases and so on.
1. Trauma: Nasal bone fracture and serious damage of blood vessels in the nasal cavity caused by serious collision, extrusion, pulling and other traumatic injuries to the nose will lead to the above symptoms. In addition, frequent nose picking may lead to the rupture of capillaries in the nasal mucosa, resulting in the above symptoms.
2. Nasopharyngeal fibrous hemangioma: it belongs to benign proliferative disease of capillary tissues in nasopharynx, which is very easy to rupture and bleed due to the fact that the tumor is rich in vascular tissues.
3. Malignant tumor of nasal cavity: when nasopharyngeal cancer is in the middle or late stage, the cancerous tissue proliferates and infringes, resulting in the occupation of nasal cavity, and the tumor erodes the surrounding large blood vessels and ruptures and bleeds, which can cause the above symptoms.
4. Blood diseases: malignant tumor cells proliferate in the bone marrow hematopoietic tissue of leukemia, resulting in bone marrow hematopoietic dysfunction and inhibition of platelet synthesis; hemophiliacs have impaired synthesis of coagulation factors Ⅷ and Ⅸ. In both cases, coagulation function is abnormal, and thus the symptom will appear.
Nosebleeds can be related to a variety of factors, it is recommended to consult a doctor for a clear diagnosis, and standardized treatment after the diagnosis is clear.
