Rapamycin dosage: oral, for renal transplant patients, the first loading dose should be 6 mg and the maintenance dose is 2 mg/day, usually once daily. The administration of this product can lead to nausea, dizziness, headache, arthralgia, nosebleeds, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, hyperglycemia, hypercholesterolemia, hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia and other adverse reactions. Note that it is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to this product, sirolimus.
