In the case of young children, hands should be wrapped in gloves or gauze to keep the skin clean and dry, especially in the folds, and should be turned regularly to prevent pressure on the skin. In addition, care of the pharynx, oral cavity and urinary tract is also important and must be strictly followed. Diet should be given high-calorie, highly nutritious, easily digestible liquid or semi-liquid food, spicy and stimulating food should be prohibited to prevent re-allergy, and adequate nutrition and calories should be ensured.
