Cross-infections are a type of hospital-acquired infection that can be treated with general therapy, medication and surgery to improve the prognosis of the disease. Cross-infections are mainly infections acquired from patients, medical workers and chaperones in hospitals, and need to be treated after active clarification of pathogenic bacteria and sensitive drugs. 1. General treatment: It is recommended to maintain respiratory function and circulatory function, keep the balance of water and electrolytes, have sufficient rest, and quit smoking and drinking. 2. Drug treatment: Clindamycin, penicillin and erythromycin can be chosen for bacterial infection; ganciclovir, acyclovir and oseltamivir can be chosen for viral infection; fluconazole, ketoconazole and itraconazole can be chosen to control inflammation for fungal infection. 3. Surgical treatment; if a localized abscess is formed, the disease can be treated by surgical incision and drainage. Due to individual differences and the diversity of pathogenic bacteria, drugs are not absolutely the most effective, need to be used in strict compliance with the doctor’s instructions, when there is an adverse reaction to the emergence of the recommendation to consult the doctor, drug allergy is prohibited. Hospital workers should follow the principle of “three before and two after” hand washing to reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections and cross-infections.
