CIN grade 1 does not require further surgical management. For cervical lesions, if the pathology results suggest cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 1, that is, low-grade neoplasia, it is a relatively safe result and does not require further surgical management. In the process of pre-cancer screening for cervical cancer, cervical TCT and HPV tests are required. If these two tests indicate abnormalities, a follow-up colposcopic biopsy will be performed. In colposcopic cervical biopsy, there are pathological findings of CIN grade 1, 2 and 3. If CIN grade 1 is indicated, it is a low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia. If CIN grade 2 or 3 is indicated, the latter two are high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia and require further surgical management, whereas CIN grade 1 does not require further surgical management.
