Endometrial echogenicity is a description of the echogenic characteristics of the endometrium seen on ultrasound, which means that abnormal endometrial lesions have occurred, but the nature and type of lesions cannot be determined. 1. Endometritis, a relatively common endometrial lesion, can be seen on ultrasound as an uneven endometrial echogenicity, possibly with strong echogenicity and liquid echogenicity. 2. The endometrial polyp is a relatively common benign endometrial lesion, with limited strong echogenicity in the endometrium seen during ultrasound examination. 3. Uterine adhesions, mostly occurring after multiple intrauterine surgical operations or abortions, with fluid in the uterine cavity and uneven thickness of the endometrium seen during ultrasound examination.
