How to prevent more epilepsy in children during summer?

Epilepsy is a group of syndromes caused by abnormal neuronal discharges in the brain and is one of the common diseases of the nervous system, especially in children and adolescents. During the summer vacation every year, the seizure rate in children is on the rise. Irregular life during holidays is an important cause of seizures in this disease. Attention should be paid to the reasonable arrangement of holiday work and rest time to maintain a normal life order. For summer students, it is important to avoid staying up late and living irregularly for a long time. For example, after the exams on vacation, playing intense video games, excessive fatigue. Or drinking too much alcohol can induce epilepsy. So students must reasonably adjust their own work and rest to prevent excessive drinking and overworking.
