Mycoplasma decidua culture is positive considering that the patient has mycoplasma infection, in this case, macrolide antibiotics should be applied for treatment, commonly used drugs include azithromycin, roxithromycin. During drug treatment, it is important to drink more water, urinate more often, refrain from holding urine, abstain from eating spicy and stimulating foods, abstain from smoking and alcohol, and abstain from sexual intercourse. Also, if a sexual partner or spouse exists, it is recommended that the sexual partner and spouse be treated together. After a week of oral azithromycin or roxithromycin, the secretion needs to be rechecked and cultured again, and only when the culture turns negative can the condition be proved to be controlled or cured.
